On call 24/7/365, Procare’s maintenance division have recently commenced works with several new clients with impressive credentials and property portfolios.

Established for over 30 years, Workspace (65 London properties) a FTSE 250 leading London provider of supportive and dynamic commercial office and studio space for SME’s.

Spanning London and the Home Counties, our team will be undertaking reactive maintenance call outs and reviewing their planned preventative maintenance requirements.

 

 

Works commence at Richmond Theatre…

A new 6 week refurbishment project at Richmond Theatre (part of the Ambassador Theatre Group) is due to commence imminently.

The upgrading works, to undertake internal and external facade refurbishment to this Grade 2 listed building include DOFF cleaning and Trocal roof repairs.

Working with Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust..

Working in partnership with Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust, Procare’s dedicated team, under the supervision of Project Manager, Danny Wyatt, has now completed an extensive fast track programme of upgrading works to many properties within their portfolio. This fast track programme of critical upgrades is the first of two phases.

Further works with Sequence Care Homes..

The Sequence Care Group offer a range of services at sites located across London and the Home Counties offering residential care, supported living and community hospitals for adults with learning difficulties, mental health needs, autism, Asperger’s, complex behaviour and health needs.

Procare have been awarded a 3 year contract by the Sequence Care Group to deliver reactive maintenance and PPM services through their dedicated specialist team and helpdesk 24/7/365 days a year and are now on site undertaking two larger projects to include extension and refurbishment projects based in Kent and Bucks.

Works Commence at Haberdashers….

We are now on site at Haberdasher Askes, Knight’s Academy in Bromley, Kent. This 35 week programme to undertake a new roof top extension to the Academy, in addition to substantial internal refurbishments, is due for completion this autumn.

New year… new projects

Following the festive cheer, 2019 is off to a flying start following the award of several new projects to include;

Sequence Care Homes
Two fast track internal care home refurbishment projects located in High Wycombe and Dartford.

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
Fire compartmentation works at Mount Vernon Hospital to include; construction of new fire rated partitions, installation of new fire doors and glazed screens, replacement door ironmongery and fire-stopping service penetrations.

 

Procare support local charity…

Always keen to support worthy causes within our community, last week saw Procare’s CEO, David Williams, partake in a charity golf day supporting Hertfordshire Action in Disability: a charity supporting older and disabled people to lead an independent life.

The day was a great success, blessed with good weather and raised significant funds towards the charity’s 60th anniversary target of £60,000.

…and as luck would have it, the team… brought home the trophy…

School’s out…

Procare have had an exceptionally busy summer within the education sector, with several projects within the construction division now coming to a close, these have included projects at;

  • Oaklands College – 2018 windows refurbishment programme within the STEM centre
  • Ashlyns School – 8 form entry project
  • GDST South Hampstead High School – State of the art theatre enabling works

In addition to the aforementioned several project remain on site, with works scheduled for completion late autumn 2018;

  • GDST Kensington Prep School – Library and car park refurbishment project
  • GDST Blackheath Junior School – Boiler and heating upgrades
