This second ‘fast track’ programme commences March with completion scheduled for spring.

We are pleased to announce the award of our first project for Workspace, the London based real estate investment trust. This refurbishment and enabling works project, located at the ‘Pall Mall deposit’ is due to commence imminently, with completion during the spring.
Last week saw the official opening of ‘Salmon Street’, a project undertaken for Brent Housing Partnership. The six bedroom residential refurbishment has been converted into six apartments to provide accommodation for Brent residents with learning disabilities and special needs. Following a fast track programme, this carefully adapted home is now ready to welcome new tenants.
This project is the first of many to be completed under Brent Councils New Accommodation Independent Living (NAIL) Programme, aimed to enable people with high care and support needs to live more independently within the community.
Last week saw the first in a series of unique seminars being held at the 'Ten Oaks' construction site in Bovingdon.
The seminar, held for engineering students of West Herts College, was the first of a number of seminars being held to explain to students and professionals alike the fundamental principles behind the construction of a zero carbon dwelling and how these traditional construction methods can be utilised in the provision of constructing zero carbon homes for the future.

We are pleased to announce the award of our first project from Brent Housing Partnership.
Works to undertake the refurbishment and reconfiguration of a six bedroom house to provide over 18’s supported living are now well underway with completion scheduled for November.
Following the re-award of works at Hillingdon Hospital, the project is now complete on site.
This two phased, fast track project to undertake the reconfiguration and refurbishment works involved in installing a new state of the art dispensary, including a unique robotic dispensary unit, were undertaken in a live environment and completed within budget and without delay.
As works at the unique ‘Ten Oaks’ continue, we are pleased to announce the launch of a series of seminars, scheduled to take place at the site in the New Year.
The Owners, Dr and Mrs Mays and the Contractors, Procare Construction, will be inviting students, consultants, architects and affordable housing providers to attend a keynote lecture entitles “The Building of a Zero Carbon House”.
The lecture, delivered by key speakers Dr Ian Mays (Owner), David Kirkland (Architect), Steve Cook (Managing Director – Procare Construction) and Morgan Bevan (Site Manager at Ten Oaks), will outline the principles involved in the construction of a zero carbon house through the careful design, selection of low carbon materials and building processes.

Following the award of works, we are pleased to announce that Procare Construction will once again be working with Grainger plc. This 20 week programme of specialist external and lift refurbishment works at Ability Plaza are scheduled to commence in late September, completing 2017.
With Phase 1 almost complete, we are pleased to announce the award of further works at Featherstone High School. This fast-track refurbishment to include; art room to laboratory conversion, toilet refurbishment, and mains gas supply modification is due for completion in time for commencement of the new academic year.
