2018 – off to a flying start…

2018 is off to a flying start for our construction division with the award of two further high end residential projects, commencing on site in February.

In addition to these newly awarded projects, works to undertake the refurbishment and rebranding of Kenton Library on behalf of Harrow Council have now commenced and we will shortly be handing over our first completed phases of work (music room extension and formation of new changing rooms) at Ashlyns School, Berkhamstead.

Housing Project Commences…

We are pleased to announce that Procare Construction have been awarded a new project to undertake the construction of 8 residential units on the Grand Union Canal, Tring.  The project, now on site, is due for completion winter 2018, further developing Procare’s presence and planned growth within the housing sector.

Spire, Bushey…. further project awarded…

Having recently completed a small project upgrading facilities at Spire Hospital, Bushey, we are pleased to have been awarded a further project: the construction of a new gas store and associated groundworks.

The undertaking of this project is part of Spire’s ongoing commitment to provide their patients with excellent clinical environments when in their care.


A ‘Berry’ Special Opening …

Following completion of a number of phases of work prior to  the commencement of the new autumn term, the newly refurbished food technology area at Chesham Grammar School was officially opened in October by none other than 'The Great British Bake Off's' Mary Berry.

Procare awarded ‘8 form entry’ refurbishment project …

Following an extensive period of works undertaken for local schools during the summer holiday, we are pleased to announce that our work within the education sector continues to grow, with the award of works at Ashlyns School.

This 24 week ‘8 form entry’ project, undertaking a mixture of refurbishment and new build, further enhances our ever growing portfolio of projects undertaken within this challenging sector.

‘Summer School’ projects complete…

Pupils have now returned to ‘refreshed’ schools, following our education focussed ‘fast-track’ summer refurbishment projects.

Once again returning to Harrow School and Oaklands College, redecorations of the ‘Headmasters Laundry’ and ‘Bradby’s’ Library and common room are complete with our large window replacement scheme at Oaklands completed on time and under budget.

Rivers Hospital Theatre Extension – Phase I complete

Following an intensive programme of works, Phase 1 of Ramsay Healthcare’s new ‘Rivers Hospital operating theatre extension’ is now complete with the Phase 2 handover scheduled imminently.

The extensive scope of works included the excavation and formation of a basement plant room, formation of the ground floor including a new operating theatre and integrated suite while also undertaking the full refurbishment of the Day Care area to become the new reception and recovery area.

Works also included a new full M&E system to meet the needs of obtaining positive air pressure within the Operating theatre.

Work begins at King George Hospital

We are pleased to announce, that following the undertaking of enabling works within the pathology department of King Georges Hospital on behalf of client, Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust, we are now on site to undertake the main refurbishment works. This fast track programme is scheduled for completion this winter.

Summer school madness begins…

Summer holiday madness is once again upon us, and we have secured several educational projects to include a large heating renewal project with new client Chesham Grammar School. We are also pleased to be returning to Oaklands College to undertake a window replacement scheme and Harrow School to undertake internal refurbishments to the Headmasters Laundry and Bradbys Common Room.

All works start imminently and are due for completion in time for the new academic year.
