Summer school madness begins…

Summer holiday madness is once again upon us, and we have secured several educational projects to include a large heating renewal project with new client Chesham Grammar School. We are also pleased to be returning to Oaklands College to undertake a window replacement scheme and Harrow School to undertake internal refurbishments to the Headmasters Laundry and Bradbys Common Room.

All works start imminently and are due for completion in time for the new academic year.

Featherstone ‘facelift’ now complete…

External refurbishment works at Featherstone High School completed last week, with the ‘new look' façade welcoming pupils back following their school break. 
The year long recladding and upgrade works have transformed what was a dated 1960’s building into a modern look teaching block, complementing the surrounding newly built school facilities.

Works complete at Bushey Baptist Church …

‘Bushey Baptist Church’ held its first service on 2nd April following the construction of a new 2 storey extension and further extensive refurbishment within the existing building.

This new building provides much needed additional space to facilitate the church’s growing congregation and their on-going work with the surrounding community.

Return to Oaklands …

We are pleased to announce that Procare Construction will once again be returning to Oaklands College in order to undertake this years’ summer refurbishment project at the STEM centre.

This project is part of the colleges’ ongoing programme to upgrade their existing facilities.


Further works for Harrow Council …

Following the successful completion of our ‘rebranding refurbishment’ project undertaken at Stanmore Library last year, we are pleased to announce the we will once again be teaming up with architects Carver Haggard  to undertake a further library refurbishment project for Harrow Council at Kenton Library.  This second ‘fast track’ programme commences March with completion scheduled for spring.

Workspace project award….

We are pleased to announce the award of our first project for Workspace, the London based real estate investment trust.  This refurbishment and enabling works project, located at the ‘Pall Mall deposit’ is due to commence imminently, with completion during the spring.

Procare ‘NAIL’ it….

Last week saw the official opening of ‘Salmon Street’, a project undertaken for Brent Housing Partnership. The six bedroom residential refurbishment has been converted into six apartments to provide accommodation for Brent residents with learning disabilities and special needs. Following a fast track programme, this carefully adapted home is now ready to welcome new tenants.

This project is the first of many to be completed under Brent Councils New Accommodation Independent Living (NAIL) Programme, aimed to enable people with high care and support needs to live more independently within the community.
