Initially engaged in 2009 Procare has an ongoing commitment to deliver building fabric support via a minor works framework agreement. This is predominately for the delivery of refurbishments, alterations and general building works and projects to their prestigious Central London portfolio.

Broadgate Estates is a leading property consultancy and management company, they manage various types of real estate including some of London’s most prestigious commercial buildings, prime regional shopping and business parks. Since 2008 our key service delivery revolves around minor works projects and specialist fire door surveys and FRA remedial repair works to their extensive London portfolio of commercial and retail properties. A considerable volume of our works has also centered upon their retail shopping park portfolio where tasks can comprise of groundworks, planned roofing maintenance, supply and installation of street furniture and decoration, landscaping and general enhancement projects. In 2017 we were awarded a three year building fabric maintenance contract which has seen our scope of works become more diverse across a rapidly growing portfolio.

SEGRO plc is a property investment and development company with over £3.5b of commercial property assets in London and South East England. It develops and invests in property located in the UK and Europe focusing on edge of town flexible business space. Since 2004 under a recently renewed three year approved framework contract we provide reactive and planned building fabric support to their varied estate. We also carry out minor works projects and provide assistance with some specialist equipment maintenance via our approved contractors.
