Greene King are the country’s leading pub company and brewer, running over 3,000 pubs. We began working with Greene King in 2011 and have just been awarded a three year single supplier framework contract until October 2020 for general building fabric and electrical maintenance across over 500 locations in London & Home Counties. We also deliver a planned program of minor works refurbishment and upgrades across their estate. We currently respond to over 4000 call-outs per annum.

Marston’s are now one of the country’s top pub businesses, they operate five breweries and over 1700 pubs in the UK. We tendered for a single supplier two year framework and in July 2017 were successful in securing the London and South East region encompassing over 80 locations. This is to carry out responsive building fabric maintenance and minor works projects. In our first two months we have attended to over 150 call-outs and have been awarded a refurbishment projects to the value of £80k.

Fuller Smith & Turner
Fuller's owns and operates over 380 pubs, inns and hotels across the south of England with over 180 managed pubs and hotels, and over 200 tenanted pubs. We began providing reactive building fabric maintenance including plumbing services back in early 2010 under an on-going framework agreement. We currently undertake nearly 2000 call-outs per annum.

JD Wetherspoon's owns just under 1,000 outlets, including the chain of Lloyds No.1 bars and the chain of Wetherspoon hotels. In 2016 we were appointed to their Select Contractor Panel for London & Suburbs to deliver building fabric & electrical services. We have subsequently been selected as sole supplier for all flooring related works. We attend to circa 1200 call-outs per annum across our region.

We currently provide building fabric support for all of their 24 locations on a national basis, they plan to have over 60 locations within the next 3 years.
